Location Information
When you use a location-enabled Weather app service, we may detect your general location to provide the accurate weather information of your general area automatically. If you don’t allow it, we’re unable to collect direct location information, you may manually enter a location to get the weather information of your location.

This app collects location data to enable Weather Widgets,even when the app is closed or not in use. Location data is used to provide the most accurate and latest weather information for you. You can turn off sharing location data in your settings at any time.
Device Settings
We collect the language settings on your device, the initial software setting, and the mobile country and network codes in order to provide notifications in the language most relevant to you.
Derivative Data
Our services may automatically collect about you and/or your device when you access the Application, such as whether you are a new user, your activity while using the Application, the activation time, the time of your last use of the Application, and total time you've used the Application, and the last download time.
Mobile Device and Network Data
We may collect data about your device and network connectivity, typically through an export file from your device: these data sets include your device type, brand and manufacturer; platform; device model; version; size of your device screen; default device settings including default browser; memory size of the device and SD card; your International Mobile Equipment Identity ("IMEI") for the first and second SIM card slots of your device (if applicable); the unique identifier for your device; your Google advertising ID; phone serial number; MAC address; IP address; amount of data used; broad geographic location and the service provider and type of network (e.g., WiFi, mobile) you use to use our Application. The information we collect automatically may include information like your IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (e.g. country or city-level location), update success and status, and other technical information. The export file on user and update analytics data will be updated every other day.

What we do with the information we collect
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. In particular, we collect this information for the purposes of:
*Providing the Application, including tailoring the Application to your preferences and ensuring compatibility with your device.
*Diagnosing Application problems.
*Providing customer care and support services such as personalized support services and instructions and giving responses to you.
*Fulfilling our responsibilities and enforcing our rights.
*Updating and improving the Application and the FOTA services.
We are not processing your data for automatic decision making (including profiling).
Your Consent and Withdrawal of Consent
We store the information collected from your use of this Application for no longer than is necessary to provide the Application and customer support to you. If you do not consent to our collection of your personal data, you will be unable to provide optimized services to your device and we will not be able to collect your personal data. In the event that you grant consent but subsequently stop using this Application or withdraw your consent, we will delete or anonymize the data already collected about you and your device. Also, we will anonymize the data at your device and provide only basic services based on the anonymized data. Our Data Retention Principles

We may also allow device manufacturers to access some of your data, including your IMEI identifiers, through our FOTA panel located in Hong Kong to improve the device's software and/or hardware and to enable you to download files and updates. The data sharing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us, and is subject to appropriate safeguards as required by relevant data protection laws. We will not sell, distribute or lease the information we collect about you to third parties other than as described in this Privacy Policy unless we have your express consent, or unless we are required by to do so by applicable law.
We have affiliates (manufacturers and other business partners) around the world, including in China where we are headquartered. We only provide our affiliates with access to data associated with their respective end users. The server used for overseas users is based in Hong Kong, which has stringent data protection laws. When we transfer EU personal data outside of the EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection for the rights of data subjects based on the adequacy of the receiving country's data protection laws.
If we undertake or are involved in any merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy or insolvency event, then we may sell, transfer or share some or all of our assets, including your data in connection with such transaction or in contemplation of such transaction (e.g. due diligence).
